This text describes, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations and EU Regulation 2016/679 -GDPR-, the methods of managing the processing of personal data of users and visitors of our websites, as well as the personal data processing carried out by the Controller, who can be contacted at the following email address: info@zorzi.co.

This information does not apply to other websites that may be consulted through our links, for which the Controller is not in any way responsible.

The Controller adopts, as required by art. 12 GDPR, this notice as a measure to provide the data subject with the information referred to in art. 13 GDPR and the communications referred to in arts. 15 to 22 and 34 GDPR relating to the processing of the data provided; this notice is to be understood as general, provided to all those who interact with the website, accessible electronically and corresponding to the homepage of the official website.

Information on data processing. The Controller informs the third party that the personal data provided by contacting the Controller, which do not fall within the special categories of personal data listed in art. 9 GDPR, relating to the data subject (including in the case of a sole trader, small business owner, or professional) or their employees, agents, representatives or collaborators (the “Data”), will be processed in accordance with GDPR provisions. The processing is carried out based on the lawfulness conditions set out in art. 6 GDPR, for purposes related to the relationship established with the Controller; therefore, its legal basis, as required by art. 13 letter c) GDPR, is justified by the reasons for establishing the relationship with the Controller, in particular in relation to browsing this Website and/or filling in the contact form. The data will be collected and processed following your visit to http://www.zorzi.co and the pages visited starting from the homepage, or after submitting data through the contact form available on the website. The processing will include: management, organization, use, storage, database creation, processing within the EU and outside the EU (countries pursuant to arts. 45 and 46 GDPR), statistical analysis, sending our newsletter (from which you may unsubscribe at any time), communication to partners with whom initiatives will be developed (who will be appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR). It should be noted that the processing is always carried out in favor of the user, without aggressive marketing and with the possibility of opting out at any time. The processing will also include modification or deletion of data upon request of the data subject, consultations, communication of future initiatives, email communications (soft spam) and light marketing (monthly newsletter), sending promotional materials and promotion of events.

It is also noted that the processing of data related to the web services offered by this site, hosted on servers of a hosting company whose name will be provided upon request, is carried out exclusively by authorized personnel, collaborators, or third parties in case of maintenance operations.

The data processing will be carried out in paper and/or electronic form by authorized personnel. The provision of data is optional. Some browsing data (see our cookie policy) are acquired automatically; therefore, by continuing to browse without disabling cookies, consent will be considered given pursuant to art. 4.11 GDPR. The Controller does not carry out processing based on automated decision-making. Data will be retained for a maximum of 5 years or for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose.

Data subject rights. The Controller informs that the rights of rectification (art. 16 GDPR), erasure (art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (art. 18 GDPR), as well as the right of access to personal data and related information (art. 15 GDPR) are guaranteed.

Data subjects also have the right to:

1. Request access to personal data and rectification or erasure of such data or restriction of processing;

2. Object to processing;

3. Data portability (art. 20 GDPR);

4. Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;

5. Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

To exercise the above rights or obtain further information, you may send an email to: info@zorzi.co indicating in the subject “exercise of GDPR rights” and including your name, surname, and email address. The Controller will respond within the time limits set by art. 12 GDPR.

The Controller may adopt specific notices with related consents in particular cases. Furthermore, if the Controller intends to process personal data for purposes different from those for which they were collected, it will inform the data subject in advance and, where required, obtain consent.

Sending emails by website visitors implies the acquisition and processing of the sender’s address and any personal data included, as well as acceptance of this privacy policy.

Candidate data. Data provided through CVs or application forms will be used to evaluate candidates. Mandatory fields will be marked. In case of incomplete or incorrect data, it may not be possible to evaluate the application.

Only the data necessary for evaluating employment opportunities will be requested.

Data retention: data will be deleted when no job offer is made or accepted. Spontaneous CVs will be stored for up to 2 years if of interest, otherwise deleted within 6 months. The Controller may verify publicly available social media profiles.

Browsing data. These are automatically collected for statistical purposes and to ensure proper functioning of the website. They may be used in case of cybercrime.

Cookies. Cookies are small files that identify the user’s browser and improve navigation. They do not harm devices. Users can delete them manually or automatically.
